Post by yenlu on Wed 24 Sep 2008, 8:01 pm

Sushi's dinner for today, and going to be her few days recipe too XD

Eel, brown rice, rice, zuchini, french beans, carrot, mustard green (sawi), pumpkin, flax seed

If you want a pic, you won't see anything, just orangey rice with some dark brown seed kaka...

maybe I am wrong, not call zucchini, not from japan, but they call it japan cucumber (chinese slang I presume), maybe because they used it in sushi? The edible sushi, not my Sushi =)

Not expensive ah, 2 "stick" less then 80cent wor haha :p but of course more expensive then cucumber la.. 2 stick like 1 cucumber, cause very small size.

Or is it called pickling cucumber? cyclops buying from fresh market dont have labels lol!

The one I buy is those you find in the sushi roll lor Smile Japanese cucumber? kaka..

Eel, fresh eel, from fresh market. Its yellow in colour, should be Yellow Eel hahah :p Not sushi one lor, sushi eel is like Unagi? Too much flavouring lor. No seasoning.. just steam the fish, and cook the rest.

jenny, anything you mix to kibbles, make sure it is cook one. Because if you add raw to kibbles not so good because the digestion period is different. I forget whether raw or cooked one need longer time to digest. This will make the stomach not feeling well.

Sushi's Dinner for Today

Ingredient: Buffalo meat, brown rice, carrots and organic egg, with minimum oil just for the egg.

How did I cook? First I fried the egg with a little wee bit of oil, and then remove it from the wok. Then I add the meat, followed by the carrots.. stir and stir *quickly* because I wasn't using non-stick wok so I need to be quick. After the meat is almost done, brown rice is added. I keep stir fry it for awhile, can't be long because the rice starts to stick to the wok already!! This is what happened when you do not add enough amount of oil. And then put the fried egg earlier back into the wok and stir.. finally serve!

Tadah:
